Ted Guarriello - Professional Bio
 Theodore J. Guarriello III is an Entrepreneur, Executive Manager, I.T. Consultant and Business Owner currently participating in several business ventures. Ted is COO and Co-founder of Unified Solution Group, LLC a Government-Focused IT and Telecom Service provider along with associated private sector division USGVoIP.com. Currently, USG is partnering with a Former PA Secretary of Health to introduce a HealthIT division focusing on Technological Health Practice Management and Electronic Medical Records facilitation.
Ted is also Executive Partner of Treue Limited Partnership, an enterprise formed to operate a series of investment retail stores in Central PA and continues to satisfy his love of 'technology nuts-and-bolts' by providing select VoIP software engineering and technology consulting services through Guarriello Technical Services.
Having literally grown up at Nursery Supplies, Inc., his family's manufacturing business, Ted has had a rare opportunity to work at every level of manufacturing from plant laborer to executive operations management. His love of technology, innate curiosity and instincts for continuous system improvement helped to drive both his career and the company to leadership positions over the course of his 25 year tenure. Among his career accomplishments are many US and International Patents, several OSHA and EPA certifications, a Master Electrician's License, multiple project awards, and recurring invitations to speak to MBA students at Babson College in Boston, MA.
While working at Nursery Supplies, Ted also started and operated West Digital Systems from 1988 through 1994. With this successful part-time venture, he designed and built special purpose PC's and digital controllers. Working in C++ and many other languages, Ted developed several proprietary database systems and embedded control systems for laboratory testing robots, military assembly systems and industrial process control. In more recent years, Ted has focused on developing both software solutions and business models in the rapidly emerging VoIP Communication arena - specializing in VoIP business solutions, Enterprise Information Transport, Cloud Computing and Data Security.
Ted is happily married to Jacquie, his wife of 23 years and has two daughters. His oldest daughter, Danielle, is graduating Penn State University in 2011 with a dual-major degree in IT and Information Security. Laura is a 1st year Art student at Drexel University studying Film and Television.

Life After Nursery Supplies
In January 2007, Ted accepted a temporary position with Hagerstown Community College as a developer and instructor of Industrial Technology courses. During his one year of full-time employment, he developed courses of study, created the College's new Industrial Studies Lab and competently instructed courses in Safety and Code Compliance, Basic Electronics, Fluid Power, Industrial Maintenance, Motor/Machine Theory and Information technology. In 2008, Ted dropped down to part-time status yet continues to teach part time and acts as a member of the Industrial Technology Advisory Committee.
